About

Levelmark Group was founded by experienced HR leaders who saw firsthand how unresolved conflict—and unclear people practices—can erode trust, morale, and performance. Across diverse HR roles and organizational environments, we recognized a consistent gap: leaders and employees often lack the structure, support, and neutral space needed to address conflict productively and move forward.

Today, Levelmark Group provides two primary practices:

Fractional HR & HR Consulting
Practical HR leadership for organizations that need experienced support without adding headcount. We partner with leaders to strengthen employee relations, improve manager consistency, build durable HR foundations (policies, processes, coaching), and support healthier culture over time.

Mediation & Facilitation (Workplace + Civil)
A structured, neutral process that helps parties clarify issues, explore options, and—when possible—reach written agreements with practical next steps. We support workplace conflict and civil matters through private engagement and roster-based referrals.

Our approach blends formal mediation structure with real-world HR experience, with a strong commitment to respectful process, informed participation, and trauma-informed practice.

At Levelmark Group, every dialogue is guided by professionalism, respect, and balance—principles that shape our mission: to guide all parties toward resolutions that build trust through integrity and fairness.

Founders’ note

Levelmark Group reflects a shared vision developed over years of practice — that mediation should bridge the space between HR, leadership, and the human experience at work. We created this firm because we believe resolution is not about choosing sides, but about restoring communication and building forward.

Our experience in HR and leadership taught us that when organizations invest in open dialogue, trust grows, and performance follows. Levelmark Group is proud to partner with clients who value integrity, fairness, and lasting solutions.
